Stacker cranes are the main lifting and transporting equipment in automated warehouses and are the most representative equipment in automated warehousing systems.
Stacker cranes are the primary lifting and transportation equipment in automated warehouses and the most representative equipment in automated warehousing systems. The history of stacker cranes can be traced back to the mid-20th century, when the United States saw the emergence of early stacker cranes modified from bridge cranes. In the 1960s, early aisle-type stacker cranes were developed. With the gradual improvement of stacker cranes, human warehousing space has developed into three-dimensional space.
Stacker cranes officially defined the arrival of intelligent automated warehousing: significantly improved space utilization, transitioning from planar to high-rise; fully automated operation, effectively saving manpower; full traceability, realizing information automation; high reliability, capable of 24-hour continuous operation and ensuring safety and stability.
Autoline has been deeply involved in intelligent logistics for 13 years. Through a thorough understanding of customers' needs for storing special-sized goods, the production process characteristics of special environmental spaces, different front-end and back-end transfer access methods, and different scales of warehousing space, we develop and manufacture precise and practical non-standard stacker cranes for customers. We possess abundant case studies of extra-long, extra-wide, extra-high, extra-heavy, and single-column stacker cranes.
In the sand core warehouse of a certain casting and forging enterprise, Autoline provided two sets of extra-heavy stacker cranes, along with a complete solution including racks, conveyors, transfer machines, lifts, steel platforms, and a management system. This solution enables real-time automated buffering, allocation, and transportation of sand cores from the sand core molding machine to the casting line. The stacker crane uses asynchronous servo control for high-speed positioning, meeting the 65PS beat requirement of a single stacker crane.
With the advancement of industrial production levels and technological improvements, the demand for non-standard stacker cranes is increasing. Autoline adheres to technological innovation and meticulously refines product design. By meeting the specific application needs of customers' production and focusing on the safety and stability of the equipment, Autoline's overall logistics solutions have covered the construction of thousands of automated production scenarios at home and abroad, earning the unanimous recognition of customers worldwide with its craftsmanship.
