Autoline showcased its new intelligent storage system for coils, a real-life sandbox model of a new application solution for the foundry industry, and a miniature model of a non-standard stacker for intuitive demonstration; engaging in more intelligent, efficient, and empowering exchanges with industry partners.
Intelligent Coil Storage
Autoline focuses on the personalized storage needs of coil industry customers.
Autoline's newly developed equipment attracted considerable attention from domestic and international visitors during the exhibition. The equipment's operating cycle, travel speed, and the weight of storable coils, particularly the application of metal coils, were key areas of interest. The equipment can meet the intelligent storage and retrieval needs of heavy coils weighing under 5 tons, with varying thicknesses, diameters, and multiple items per location. This equipment is not only a customized product meeting customer needs, but also reflects Autoline's high regard for customer needs.
Innovative Application of Intelligent Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) Panoramic Sandbox for the Foundry Industry
By intelligently linking various processes, the system achieves unmanned production and 24/7 operation in all stages of the foundry process, reducing user production costs; and realizes on-demand, real-time supply of parts for order-based production, significantly shortening production cycles.
During the exhibition, Mr. Wang Lei, General Manager of Autoline, accepted interviews from well-known industry media, sharing Autoline's new brand upgrade business philosophy, product and service offerings that create value for customers, and R&D orientation, and exchanged views on the industry trend of digital interconnection in logistics.
