Solution Highlights
In terms of solutions for extra-large-sized goods, Otley has designed complete application drawings—including shelving, transfer vehicles, and four-column heavy-duty stackers—for the ship model automated storage system, and has successfully implemented these designs on-site.
The project’s container unit dimensions are 1600*10000*1080mm (including the pallet), with a total of 152 storage locations. The project operates safely and stably, and after going live, the overall production efficiency of this production line has improved by approximately 30%.
