In the automotive industry, Autolay has custom-designed a 12-meter ultra-long stacker for a heavy-duty truck manufacturer’s factory. This project marks the first-ever domestically developed 12-meter ultra-long stacker, helping to automate the production of the heavy-duty truck assembly line’s frame storage warehouse and significantly boosting production capacity. The stacker has a load capacity of 2 tons and can handle cargo dimensions ranging from 6,000–12,000 mm in length, 1,500 mm in width, and 600 mm in height.
