Solution Introduction
WCS is a control system located above the WMS and below the lower-level PLC, completing the connection between the WMS and the automated system. The basic functions of the WCS include receiving job instructions from the WMS, organizing and combining them to form job instructions for each automated system, and distributing these instructions. Simultaneously, it receives the on-site status of each automated system and feeds this back to the WMS. The WCS includes equipment monitoring, fault alarm statistics, task management, and historical task management.
