The stacker crane is the primary lifting and conveying equipment in automated warehouses and also the most representative piece of equipment in automated warehousing systems. The history of stacker cranes can be traced back to the mid-20th century, when the United States saw the emergence of early prototypes of stacker cranes that were adapted from bridge cranes. In the 1960s, the first narrow-aisle stacker cranes were developed. As stacker cranes continued to evolve and improve, human storage spaces gradually shifted toward three-dimensional,立体 configurations.
The stacker crane officially marks the arrival of intelligent, three-dimensional warehousing: space utilization is significantly enhanced, shifting from horizontal to vertical layouts; fully automated operations effectively reduce labor requirements; the entire process is traceable, enabling information automation; and with high reliability, it can operate continuously for 24 hours while ensuring safety and stability.
With 13 years of deep expertise in smart logistics, Aotai has gained a thorough understanding of customers’ unique storage requirements for specially sized goods, the production process characteristics of specialized environments and spaces, various integration methods for front- and back-end material handling, and diverse warehouse space scales. Based on this profound insight, Aotai develops and manufactures precise, practical, and customized stacker cranes tailored to each customer’s needs. We boast an extensive portfolio of ultra-long, ultra-wide, ultra-high, ultra-heavy, and single-column stacker crane solutions.
In the sand-core storage area of a certain casting and forging enterprise, Autolai provided a complete solution comprising two ultra-heavy-duty stackers, shelving systems, conveyors, transfer machines, lifts, steel platforms, and a management system. This solution enables customers to achieve real-time automated buffering, allocation, and conveying functions between the sand-core molding machine and the casting line. The stackers feature asynchronous servo control for high-speed positioning, meeting the takt time requirement of 65 PS per single stacker.
As industrial production levels advance and technology improves, the demand for non-standard stacker cranes is steadily increasing. Outele remains committed to technological innovation and meticulous product design. Guided by the principles of meeting customers’ specific application needs and ensuring equipment safety and stability, Outele’s comprehensive logistics solutions have now been deployed in over a thousand automated production scenarios both domestically and internationally, earning unanimous recognition from customers at home and abroad thanks to our artisan spirit.
